DETECTION PESTICIDES RESIDUE IN VEGETABLE SAMPLES BY IMMOBILIZED ACETYLCHOLINESTERASE

摘要 以PVA-SbQ固定乙酰胆碱酯酶,检测蔬菜中的农药残留.对六种农药的提取效率在50%—105%之间.低于20%的丙酮和低于30%的甲醇对固定乙酰胆碱酯酶的活性具有一定的促进作用.六种农药在四种蔬菜中的检出限在0.05—0.8mg.kg-1之间. In this article, photocross-linkable poly( vinyl alcohol)was synthesized and used to immobilize acetylcholinesterase on 96-well micro-screen plate. Pesticide residue was extracted by a micro-homogenizer and the extracting efficiency was between 50% and 105%. The immobilized Ache activity was promoted by acetone and methanol solution when the concentration below 20% and 30% respectively. The detection limit of 6 kinds of pesticides in 4 kinds of vegetables was between 0. 05mg·kg^-1 and 0. 8 mg·kg^-1.
