在对中部地区发展的机会、风险、优势、劣势进行SWOT分析的基础上,提出了应加强区域科技创新体系建设,将科技资源转化为经济优势,促进中部崛起。并联系中部地区实际,从区域科技创新能力和区域科技创新的社会动力两方面分析了中部地区科技创新体系的建设情况,从而找到了制约中部地区科技创新体系建设的因素,为寻求以科技促进中部崛起的有效途径奠定了理论基础。

This article emphasizes that regional technology innovation system construction must be reinforced, the technology resource must be turned into economic advantage in order to make central China economy boom on the basis of SWOT analysis of the development of central China. Combined with the practice of central China, the paper analyzes technology innovation system construction of central China from the regional technology innovation ability and social power of regional technology innovation, so as to find the restrained factors of technology innovation system construction of central China, and establish the theoretical foundation for available approach of central China economic booming with technology.
