摘要
大规模定制作为一种将大量生产运作模式和个性化需求相结合的运作模式,发展十分迅速。回顾了大规模定制的发展历程,探讨了在实际的运作过程中大规模定制存在的不足,指出了从大规模定制向顾客化定制演进是必然的;并将顾客化定制与其他企业运作模式进行了对比分析,提出了基于时间竞争的环境下,即时顾客化定制将成为顾客化定制的发展方向。
Mass customization develops quickly because it combines mass manufacturing with individual demand. This paper analyzes the development course of mass customization, discusses some disadvantages in the practical operation, and points out the evolution is inevitable from mass customization to customer's customization. Some differences among customization and other operation models are compared and analyzed. It is proposed that instant customization will be the trend of customization in time -based competition environment.
