摘要
对岱河煤矿员工薪酬分配现状及存在的主要问题进行了分析,在此基础上,根据安徽、淮北及同行业煤炭企业的平均收入水平,确定岱河煤矿员工基本工资,分析了各职能部门的重要性,提出相应的薪酬分配方案。
Status of payroll distribution and also main problem in Daihe mina are analyzed,based on the average level of income of coal enterprise in Anhui,Huaibei and coal industry,the basic pay for Daihe employees is determined.The importance of various functional departments is analyzed and the related pay distribution scheme is put forward.
