Explore coal mine safety management based on safety culture

本文在对我国煤矿安全现状进行分析的基础上,探讨了安全文化体系的构成和研究意义,同时对基于安全文化的煤矿安全管理进行了初步探索,分析了安全文化建设的重要性。提出了从安全文化体系的四个基本建设:安全观念文化、安全行为文化。

Based on the analysis of mine safety status in China,the article discusses the construction of safety culture system and significance of safety,it also preliminarily explore the coal mine safety management based on safety culture and analyzes the importance of safety culture construction,and it put forward three basic construction on safety culture system: safety sense culture,safety conduct culture and substance culture.
