摘要
报道了一种新型高灵敏浸没型ＨｇＣｄＴｅ红外探测器的研制，获得了Ｄ＊＝１．４６×１０１１ｃｍＨｚ１／２Ｗ－１、Ｒ＝６０８Ｖ／Ｗ、λｃ（２０％）～２０μｍ、灵敏元面积Ａ＝０．１２×０．
The research on a new type of high sensitivity immersed type HgCdTe infrared detector was reported. An immersed detector with D * =1.46×10 11 cmHz 1/2 W -1 、 R =608V/W、 λ c (20%)￣20μm、sensitive area A =0.12×0.12mm 2 and effective pupil φ =6mm was obtained.
