本文介绍了长沙市茶艺馆的发展历史及其现状,分析研讨了长沙市茶艺馆的装饰风格、经营特色、服务小姐的沏茶技艺和礼仪,提出了如何改进的建议。
In this paper, the author introduced the history and present situation of the teahouses in Changsha city, analysed the decoration style, management characteristic of teahouses , the skill of preparing tea and propriety of waitress, and gave advice on how to improve them.
