摘要
本文采用TEM、UV和激光粒度分析等测试手段研究了超声波处理对染料溶解性能的影响。研究结果表明,染料经超声波处理后溶解性能均有提高,其中可溶性染料的溶解性提高主要因染料分散性增加所致,不溶性染料的溶解性提高主要因染料粒度下降所致。
The effects of ultrasound treatment on the solubility of dyes were investigated through TEM, UV, Laser Particle Size Analyzer, etc. The experimental results indicated that ultrasound treatment could increase solubility of dyes. The main reason for solubility increasing of soluble dyes was that the dye＇ s dispersion got better after ultrasound treatment. The main reason for solubility increasing of insoluble dyes was that the paticle sizes of dyes decreased after ultrasound treatement.
