C.I.活性蓝19及其对位异构体性能的研究 一、水解性能的研究

摘要 采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)技术对C.I.活性蓝19(简称KNR)及其对位同分异构体(简称染料DKNR)的水解性能进行了研究,考察了溶液pH、温度对水解反应的影响,结果发现染料结构中的硫酸酯乙基砜在pH7·5、30℃时相对稳定,而乙烯砜则在pH=8·77、50℃时稳定。采用高效液相色谱-质谱联用技术,对水解过程中生成的未知物进行了分析鉴定,推测其可能是乙烯砜与羟乙基砜的加成物。另外,还发现KNR的水解速度明显大于DKNR。 The hydrolysis behaviours of C. I. Reactive Blue 19 and its corresponding p - isomer were studied using reversed-phase ionpair high performance liquied chromatography (HPLC)and the effects of the pH and temperature of reaction solution on dye hydrolysis were investigated. It was found that sulfatoethyl sulfonyl was stable at pH 7.5,30℃, while vinyl sulfone was relatively stable at pH 8.77,50℃. Meanwhile,the liquid chromatography/electrospray ionization-mass spectrometry(LC/ESIMS) analyses led to the conclusive identification of a new compound, which was the addition compound of vinylsulfone with hydroxysulfone. Moreover, the result showed that the hydrolysis rate of C. I. Reactive Blue 19 was faster than that of its corresponding p-isomeride.
