摘要
基于CAN现场总线的车辆底盘分布式测控系统,由若干测控单元和1个显控终端组成。测控单元均采用带CAN控制器的SOC单片机C8051F040处理器,测量和控制其电气设备。测控单元间则通过CAN总线进行数据交换,测得的数据信息由显控终端显示。实际证明,该系统能简化车辆底盘传输线束,提高智能化程度和可靠性。
The vehicle chassis test control system based on CAN bus consists of some test control units and one display control terminal. The test control unit adopted SOC single chip C8051F040 processor which contained CAN controller to test and control its electric equipments. The CAN bus was used to carry out data exchange between test and control units. The tested data information was displayed by display control terminal. The results showed that this system could simplify the transmission bus of vehicle chassis and improve the intelligence degree and reliability.
