摘要
振动信号蓝牙智能传感器由蓝牙模块、主控微处理器、数据采集、信号调理、传感器和电源组成。传感器将非振动信号转换成电信号,经信号调理成转换为模拟电信号送到数据采集。数据采集再将其转换成数字信号送主控MCU。主控MCU通过蓝牙模块接收上位机命令,并将主控MCU发出的数据转换成蓝牙协议发送出去,同时将上位机发出的无线信号转换成数字信号送给主控MCU。
Bluetooth intelligent sensor for vibration signal is composed of Bluetooth module, MCU, information acquisition, signal conditioning, sensor and power. Sensor transformed the vibration signal into electronic signal, which is converted to analog electronic signal by signal conditioning. Information acquisition transformed the analog electronic signal into data signal, which was sent to MCU. MCU accepted command of host computer, through Bluetooth module which transformed the data of MCU into Bluetooth treaty and transformed radio signal into data signal and sent to host computer.
