数控双盘铣刀齿轮粗加工方法及仿真研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对单盘铣刀齿轮粗加工中齿廓余量不均匀问题,提出了一种效率高且齿廓余量均匀的双盘铣刀齿轮粗加工方法。分析了不同模数、齿数下的中心距与齿间加工面积余量和单边最大余量的关系,并在AutoLisp下对双盘铣刀齿轮加工过程进行了仿真验证。与单盘铣刀粗加工相比,该方法使齿间余量以及齿根和齿顶余量均减少为原来的二分之一,改善了齿廓余量的不均匀性。 To avoid the non-uniform tooth profile allowance in gear rough machining with a single disk milling cutter, a gear rough machining method with a double disk cutter is presented, resulting in improved efficiency and uniform tooth profile allowance. The relationship between the center distance and the intertooth space allowance as well as the maximum allowance of the single side under different modules and numbers of teeth is analyzed. The simulation verification of gear rough machining process is performed with the help of AutoLisp. The intertooth space allowance produced in this method is 50% less than that produced in the method with a single disk cutter and so do the dedendum and addendum allowances. As a result, the uniformity of tooth profile allowance is improved.
