This article describes the design condition of water supply and drainage and water extinguishing system for Shanghai Azia Plaza, systemically explains the controlling approach combined with the characteristic of this project. It especially introduces the classification of control to water pump, circulating cooling water system, fire water supply system. Meanwhile the article puts forward some BA and FA monitoring requirements about intelligent building.
