关于我国发展循环经济几个问题的探讨

A Probe Into Problems of Developing Circulating Economy in China

我国的资源和环境承载力将不可能支持未来经济的高速发展。因此,必须正视存在问题,加强政府宏观调控,完善政策、法律、法规体系,依靠技术进步,提高公众参与水平,推进清洁生产,切实转变现有的发展模式,大力发展循环经济。

The resources and environment in China might impossibly support the fast development of the future economy. So this paper argues that these problems should be considered seriously and some effective measures should be taken, such as strengthening the macroscopic control of the government;perfecting the system of policies, laws and regulations; enhancing the participating level of the public; advancing the clean manufacture; changing the present developing model and developing the circulating economy, ect.
