摘要 The tunneling structure of ZnFe3-xO4 ferrite was confirmed by high resolation electron microscopy (HREM), non-Ohmic Ⅰ-Ⅴ curve and kinetics for α-Fe2O3 isothermal phase transformation. The Zn0.41 Fe2.59O4/ α-Fe2O3 two-phase polycrystalline has a huge tunneliug magnetorsistance ( TMR ) mainly caused by the tummeliug structure. The Zn0.41Fe2.59O4 grains are separated by insulatiug α-Fe2O3 thin layer boundaries. The pattern of nanostructure uns verified by HREM.
