前列腺注射川参通联合针灸治疗难治性顽固性慢性前列腺炎

Therapy of chronic refractory prostatitis with intra prostatic injection of Chuanshentong combined with acupuncture

目的探讨采用前列腺局部注射川参通联合针灸治疗难治性顽固性慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法选择经口服药物反复治疗效果不佳的难治性顽固性慢性前列腺炎患者70例,随机分为两组,治疗组35例采用前列腺注射川参通联合针灸治疗,对照组35例采用单纯抗菌素前列腺注射治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果随访3-6个月,治疗组痊愈4例(11.43%),显效13例(37.14%),有效12例(34.29%),总有效率为82.86%;对照组总有效率为54.28%,两组疗效有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论前列腺注射川参通联合针灸对难治性顽固性慢性前列腺炎的治疗具有较好的效果。

Objective To estimate the clinical efficacy of the therapy for chronic prostatitis with intra prostatic injection of Chuanshentong combined with acupuncture. Methods 70 cases of the chronic refractory prostatitis, who had undergone reiterative medicine treatment but with few curative effect, were reviewed and randomly divided into two groups, each group with 35 cases, The therapy group were administered intra prostatic injection of Chuanshentong combined with acupuncture. The control group were given intra prostatic injection of common antibacterial. And the curative effect were compared. Results After a 3-6 month feedback, in the therapy group, 4 cases were cured（11.43%）, 13 had an evidently improred （37.14%）, 12 had a helpful effect（34.29%）, the total efficiency being 82.86%. In the control group, the total efficiency was 54.28%. The difference of the total efficiency was remarkable. Oonclusion The therapy of intra prostatic injection of chuanshentong combined with acupuncture had a satisfactory curative effect.
