本文介绍了黄酮类化合物的抗自由基、抗氧化、抗病毒、抗肿瘤、抗糖尿病及其并发症、抗衰老等生物活性,以及黄酮类化合物在食品中的应用。
This paper introduced the physiological activities of flavonoid, such as antifreeradical, antioxidation, antivirus, antitumor, antidiabete and its complicating diseases, antiaging. And the application of flavonoid in food was reviewed.
