The reason of mixing the medical waste with the household refuse in hospitals and the management countermeasure

目的:探讨临床医疗废物的管理方法,杜绝医疗废物与生活垃圾混放,防止污染物扩散,避免二次污染。方法:寻找医疗废物与生活垃圾混放的原因,根据原因建立医疗废物管理网络,开展全员培训,结合法律、法规的要求制定出安全有效的防范措施。结果:各种措施的落实,使临床工作人员环保意识得到增强,实现医疗废物系统化、规范化和制度化的管理目标。结论:医务人员和患者及家属人人参与,并加大监督检查力度,有效地预防控制了医疗废物与生活垃圾混放,对预防医源性感染,提高医护质量有着积极的意义。

Objective： To discuss medical waste management in clinical work in order to cease the mixing of the medical waste with the household refuse, prevent the pollutant proliferation, and avoid secondary pollution. Methods： The reason why the medical waste mixed with the household refuse was sought, medical waste management network was established according to reason, the whole staff was trained, and the safe effective precaution measures were formulated under laws and regulations. Results： With the measures carrying out, the environmental protection consciousness of medical personnel slrengthened and the goal that the medical waste disposed systematically and standardized was reached. Conclusion： By the medical personnel and patients with their family members participating this work, and the inspection stressing, the problem that the medical waste mixed with the household refuse was resolved effectively, which had the positive significance in preventing nosocomial infection and improving the medical quality.
