社区护理管理面对的困境及对策

A discussion on the difficult situation and the countermeasure against it in community nursing management

面对广大人民群众的医疗卫生工作,迫切需要大力发展社区卫生服务。而社区护理管理在社区卫生服务工作中举足轻重,已成为发展社区卫生服务、满足广大社区群众基本卫生需求、提高医疗护理质量、完善护士形象的重要工作。然而目前社区护理管理面对着困境,护理工作难以满足社区群众的需求,有待于主管部门重视以及护理管理者的努力。

Community nursing should be developed urgently to meet the increasing medical needs of people in recent years and the management to it takes a very important role. Perfect management is the key to develop community nursing, to meet the basic medical needs, to improve the quality of both medicine and nursing, and to consummate the image of nurses. But the current community nursing management is facing a difficult situation that nursing can＇t meet the needs of community people. This should be paid attention to by the government and the nursing managers should work hard for it.
