自身抗体计算机辅助分析系统的应用和评价

摘要 目的探讨自身抗体计算机辅助分析系统辅助判读自身抗体荧光染色图象的应用价值。方法根据免疫荧光抗体染色手工流程设计,由初学者在软件知识库和标准图谱辅助下判读503例荧光染色结果,并与两位有经验的检验人员判读结果进行比较。结果初学者软件辅助判读结果与专业人员判读结果有较好的一致性。以专业人员判读结果为标准,辅助判读的灵敏度为99.1%,特异性95.6%,准确度96.8%。结论自身抗体计算机辅助分析系统辅助判读自身抗体染色结果,简化了复杂的判读过程,缩短了结果报告时间,使结果判断更客观、更规范,并且大大降低了实验成本。 Objective:To explore and access the computer-assisted analysis system applied in autoantibody detection by indirect fluorescence technique. Methods :According to the manual protocols of indirect fluorescence antibody staining technique. We designed an image analysis software for the beginner to deal with vary fluorescence patterns of autoantibody, assisted by the knowledge library and standard fluorescence patterns synchronously. 503 results analyzed by a beginner and two professionals respectively were compared. Resalts: The results assisted by computer-assisted analysis system were highly relative to those by professionals. Regarded the professional's results as golden criterion, the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of results by software-assist are 99.1%, 95.6% and 96.8%, respectively. Conclusion: Software-assist method simplified the complicated manual analyze procedure and made the report more convenient. Besides, it reduced the cost effectively and made the results more objective and standard.
