摘要 本文介绍一种全数字化、大动态范围,同时测量回波幅度和回波时间的新一代井壁超声测井仪器.该仪器采用计算机图象处理技术,测量结果不受井壁变形及仪器偏心的影响。它对套管井和裸眼井均适用,既能定量提供井壁幅度信息平面图片、井径时间信息平面图片和井壁立体图片,并能产生出最大井径、最小井径、平均井径等多种曲线和深度信息刻度显示。该仪器还具有实时监示、遥控井下仪器的工作状态、对仪器偏心进行校正等功能。 A new generation of ultrasonic logging system has been developed, which simultaneously measures amplitude and time of reflected acoustic signal. This system is veryprecise and has a wide dynamic range. It utilizes computer image processing technique andhas both open and cased hole applications. Its measurements are not affected by boreholerugosity and decentralization of the tool. A series of images, such as measured amplitudeand time plane images as well as stereopicture of the borehole diameter are provided for quan-titative log interpretation. Maximum and minimum borehole diameters are also displayed vsdepth. The system has such functions as real-time monitor and telecontrol of downholeoperating mode and correction for decentralization of logging tool.
