单臂外固定器结合植骨治疗尺桡骨骨折内固定术后不愈合

Using unilateral external fixation combined with bone graft to treat nonunion of ulnoradial fracture failed with internal fixation

目的探讨单臂外固定器结合植骨治疗尺桡骨骨折内固定术后不愈合的方法及疗效。方法应用单臂外固定器结合植骨治疗29例尺桡骨骨折钢板和三棱针内固定术后不愈合,其中尺骨11例,桡骨18例。结果全部病例平均于术后16周(13～24周)骨折愈合,随访6～23个月,患肢腕肘及前臂旋转功能良好。结论单臂外固定器结合植骨治疗前臂骨折内固定术后不愈合是一种操作简便,创伤小,固定牢固,并发症少的有效方法。

Objectives To analyze the method and result using unilateral external fixation combined with bone graft to treat nonunion ulnoradialfracture failed with internal fixation. Methods To treat 29 nonunion ulnoradial fractures using unilateral externalfixation combined with bone graft, ulna 11 cases and radial 18 cases. Results All nonunion fractures united within an average of 16 weeks （range,13-24weeks）. At the final follow-up 6-23 months, Wrist and elbow functions of the operated limbs were all satisfactory. Conclusions Fixation by external fixation with bone graft is a reliable and effective treatment for nonunion of ulnoradial fracture failed with internal fixation.
