摘要
目的单克隆抗体一步法与联苯胺法测定粪便隐血的方法学比较。方法分别用一步法和联苯胺法测定5种浓度的人血红蛋白液及不同动物的血红蛋白液和1031例病人的粪便隐血,对结果进行比较。结果一步法可测定出0.2μg/ml的微量血红蛋白,动物血试验为阴性,检测1031例患者的阳性率为41%。结论一步法的特异性、敏感性及准确性均比联苯胺法要高,对粪便中微量血红蛋白的检出具有十分重要的意义。
Objective The comparison of testing fecal occult blood by One step test and Benzidine test. Methods Using One step test and Benzidine test to test 5 kind of concentration of hemoglobin solution and different animal hemoglobin solulions and 1031 patients' fecal occult blood. Comparing of the results. Results One step can test 0.2μg/ml concentration of hemoglobin solution, animal hemoglobin test is negative,the positive rate of 1031 patients is 41%.Benzidine test can only test 21μg/ml concentration of hemogolbin solution and animal hemoglobin test is positive and the positive rate of 1031 patients is 35%. Conclusions One step test is more specificity and sensitivity and accuracy than Benzidine test. It has very important significance to test the minim hemoglobin of fecal.
