A Study on Postal Finance Serving "Agriculture,Peasant,Countryside" Long-run Mechanism——Viewing from New Countryside

邮政金融和农村有着天然的联系,在服务三农方面有巨大的优势。充分利用、发挥邮政金融的优势,辅以必要的政策扶持,以保障农村地区金融服务,是各国较为普遍的做法。完善我国农村地区邮政金融服务,要避免认识误区,加快成立邮政储蓄银行,组建邮政金融集团,尽快出台《邮政储蓄法》,同时,邮政金融也可以在农村地区反假货币、反洗钱等领域发挥更大的作用。

Postal finance is naturally linked with countryside. It is serving for ＂agriculture, peasant, and country-side＂with great advantage. It＇ s a common practice to exert and take full use of post finance advantage, supplemen-ting with necessary policv support so as to ensure rural finance in the countryside. We should avoid some wrong ideas in consummating postal finance service in the rural regions, quicken establishment of post deposit bank, organize post finance group, quicken legislation of post deposit law. Meanwhile, post finance can play a big role in antifalse corn and anti -money laundering field in rural regions.
