探析环境成本内部化及其对国际贸易的影响

当今世界,随着人们环保意识的逐步增强,寻找一条有效地解决环境问题的途径成为世人的共同目标。本文阐述了环境的公共物品性质,并用图解分析了环境成本内部化产生的效应,论述了环境成本内部化对发达国家和发展中国家的不同影响。

With the increasing attention paid to the environmental protection, it becomes a mutual aim for people to find an effective solution to the environmental problems of today. This paper illustrates the common commodity＇ s nature of environment, and analyses the effects of internalization of environmental cost. In the end, this paper discusses the internalization of environmental cost which brings different effects to developed countries and developing countries.
