浅析合理化物流

合理化物流是通过对物流系统的调整改进和优化,以尽可能低的物流成本,获得尽可能高的物流服务质量,提高客户满意度。合理化物流保证了基本的服务水平和企业的经营利润,扩大了企业的成本降低空间,有利于企业资源的优化整合及高效经营。本文现实地提出了合理化物流的实现途径。

Rationalized physical distribution is to try to reduce the cost of physical distribution and obtain the best quality of service and improve customer satisfaction through readjusting, improvement and optimization of physical distribution system. It assures the basic service level and the operating profit of the enterprise and expands the space of reducing cost. It benefits the streamlining and merging of the enterprise resource and efficient operation. This paper puts forward practically the implementing way of rationalized physical distribution.
