摘要
按照我国加入WTO时的承诺,2006年末我国要全面开放银行业,如果中国银行监管法律有漏洞,将可能严重影响我国的金融秩序。要建立健全我国的银行监管体系,必须完善银行监管法制。我国现有银行监管法制应重视规范立法和系统立法,立足国情借鉴外国经验,健全银行监管法制体系,改善监管方法,提高监管人员的业务素质,使之符合新形势的发展。
According to our promise when we joined WTO, we have to open our bank industry entirely at the end of the year 2006. Any leak in Chinese legal system of banking supervision will make our financial order in trouble, In order to set up and perfect our country＇ s banking supervision system, we must improve our legal system of banking supervision, In addition, based on the present condition of our country, we should learn from foreign countries, and pay more attention to the legislation, supervision method and the operation quality of the people concerned,
