图书馆职业精神,是一种至善的工作态度以及恪尽职守的敬业精神。本文从职业道德和职业精神内涵入手,探析了近年来图书馆职业精神缺失的原因以及再造的途径。同时以我馆为例,阐述了树立职业荣辱观、强化职业精神,在实践中取得成效的具体举措。

Based on the professional ethics and professional dedication the imperfect reasons of professional dedication in library in recent years and its rebuilding up approaches were discussed. In the cases of my library the concrete measures building up professional outlooks of honor and disgrace and strengthening professional dedication, which have achieved good effect in practice were given.
