论我国农村基层民主法制建设

Construction on the Building of Rural Grassroots Democracy and Law

建设社会主义新农村,民主法制建设不可少,从民主法制的理论基础出发,总结农村基层民主法制建设的现状与成就,分析农村基层民主建设中存在的主要问题,初步提出加强农村民主法制建设的对策。

Building a new socialistic countryside,democracy and the legal system is essential,from the theoretical foundation of democracy and the legal system,to summarize the statues and achievements on the rural grass-roots democracy and the legal system,and to analyze of the main problems of rural grassroots democracy in building,and initially propose the measures to strengthen the rural democracy and legal system building.
