全髋关节置换术失败原因分析

Analysis of the Failure Reason for Revision Surgery of Total Hip Replacement

全髋关节置换术是当今髋关节重建手术中最为有效的手术之一。但一旦出现并发症，如术后感染、假体柄断裂、术后脱位、后期假体松动、骨溶解等导致关节置换术失败，已成为一个棘手问题。随着该手术逐步推广，手术后观察时间的延长，手术失败并需要修整手术病例数的逐渐增多，本院开展全髋关节置换术６５０例，其中修整手术５１例，就所遇到的失败病例原因加以分析与探讨。

Total hip replacement(THR)is one of the most effective surgery for reconstraction of hip joint at present.It has appeared a great advantage in reliefing of pain and restoration of function of the hip joint.However,some complications,such as infection postoperatively,fracture of the stem of the prosthesis,dislocation after surgery,or loossening and osteolysis have became a disastrous problem。Following introduction of this operation step by step, and prolongation of observation,the failure of revision cases which have increased recently,and have become a focus to orthopaedist.At this article,reasons for failure of the THR is discussed and analysed。
