近年来,随着社会治安形势的不断变化,暴力袭警或者以其他方式方法妨碍公安机关执行职务的案件越来越多。日益猖獗的袭警犯罪活动,对警察的生命安全造成了重大的威胁,对社会公共安全产生了极大的消极影响。袭警犯罪有几种形态、类型、特征,与一般犯罪不同。袭警犯罪发生的原因有犯罪人、犯罪被害人和社会环境因素。应提出合理的对策,从多方面预防和抗制袭警犯罪。

In recent years,along with the changing of the social public security situation ,the violence raided the police inereased,the attacking police crimes had the enormans negative effect to the social puhlic security,This article analyzes the shape,the characteristic abd its reason from the eriminology angle of view and proposes the reasouable prevention and the act against countermeasure.
