热启动多聚酶链反应快速检测泌尿生殖道沙眼衣原体的应用研究

Application of Hot Start Polymerase Chain Reaction in Rapid Detection of Chlamydia trachomatis in Ure-genital Tract Infections

应用热启动多聚酶链反应技术，对泌尿生殖道沙眼衣原体感染进行快速检测。共检测８０６例泌尿生殖道炎症病人，其中ＳＴＤ病人４０４例，阳性１０５例，阳性率２６．０％；普通病人４０２例，阳性１０例，阳性率２．５％。经统计学估计，福州市ＳＴＤ患者沙眼衣原体感染率范围为２１．７～３０．３％。

Hot start polymerase chain reaction was used to detect directly Chlamydia trachomatis in 806 cases of ure-genital tract infections. Out of 404 cases of sex transmitted diseases (STD), 105 cases were positive for Chlamydia trachomatis, with positive rate 26.0%. In non-STD patients, the positive rate was only 2. 5% (10/402). According to the deducing from statistics the prevalence of C. trachomatis in STD patients in Fuzhou City ranges from 21. 7% to 30.3%.
