摘要
以顾客为关注焦点,追求顾客满意,是2000版ISO9000质量管理标准中的八项原则之一。本文分析了职业院校中以顾客为中心原则的内涵;结合教育改革实践,从专业设置、教学实施、教学管理等方面,探索了以顾客为中心原则在职业教育中的有效实践途径和保障机制。
The principle of regarding the customers as the centre and satisfying them is one of the principles in the IS09000 quality management standards of 2000 version. This paper analyzes the nature of the principle and explores the valid approach and guarantee system when it is used in vocational college education in combination of the education revolution practice, majors, teaching and management in vocational college.
