摘要
被动语态系英语中一种常见的语法现象,一些文体中使用甚多。不过,近年来,意义被动式,即以主动形式表示被动含义之句式在英文中也渐有市场。本文即对英文中的意义被动式之使用进行比较深入的探讨。
： Admittedly, passive voice is widely used in the Language of English. Yet in recent years, another type of passive voice named notional passive has seen a rise in English. The present paper discusses ten cases of such notional passive characterized by conveying the passive meaning in the active form.
