To Solve the Problems Among Career Guidance of Universities With Harmonious Viewpoint

随着大学生就业难问题日益成为社会各界关注的焦点,高校就业指导工作的重要性及作用也越来越得到肯定。从系统和谐观的角度来分析就业指导中存在的突出问题:通过实现就业指导目的与教育质量的和谐,就业力与职业认识的和谐,就业指导连续性与长期性的和谐,专职与非专职就业指导人员的和谐,“显性人才”的培养与用人单位的和谐,正面引导与加强安全防范的和谐等来解决目前高校就业中存在的问题,从而充分发挥高校就业指导的功能。

While the focus on the difficulty of graducates＇ employment is obvious across the society, the function and importance of career guidance service are affirmed.The author tries to solve the problems among the career guidance service with harmonious viewpoints： harmonization between the aim of career guidance service and the quality of performance; capability of employment and understanding of occupation; the continuity and lasting of career guidance service; the professions and unprofessions for career guidance service; the development of ＂distinct person with ability＂ and the units of employment; guidance with good ideas and enhance of safety for employment, and so on.
