MP159合金螺栓热镦显微组织的优化

摘要 采用夹铜套感应加热和热镦后水冷处理等措施,提高了热镦MP159合金螺栓热过渡区的温度梯度,从而优化了螺栓头部的显微组织,抑制了螺栓颈部冷变形组织的再结晶,保证了热镦MP159合金螺栓高的力学性能。 The measures of induction heating with copper pipe casing the unheated part and cooling immedinately in water after forging were taken in the present work to ensure the excellent properties of the head forged bolts of MP159 alloy. Because of the increasing of the temperature gradient on the neck section of the bolt,the microstructure both in the bolt head and neck are optimized,and recrystallization of the cold deformed microstructure near the neck is prevented.
