摘要
对行波型超声波电机及其控制进行总结和研究,据此设计制作了样机。为了进一步对影响超声电机运行特性的几个因素进行研究,搭建了基于虚拟仪器的超声波电机的控制平台。在该控制平台上,对样机的性能进行测试和分析,最后分析了电机定子中不同厚度压电陶瓷片对电机性能的影响以及影响电机运行特性的几个参数。
The ultrasonic motor(USM)is a new kind of working mechanism which takes use of the converse piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric ceramics. This paper summarized and studied the traveling wave ultrasonic motor and its control. The test models of traveling wave ultrasonic motor are designed and manufactured. For studying the characteristic of TRUSM, the control platform based on virtual instrument is established. And the experiment of testing the performances of TRUSM is carried out, Finally, the author analyzed the performances of TRUSM with different thichness of piezoelectric ceramics. Some key parameters that influence the performing characteristic of TRUSM are achieved.
