摘要
无刷直流电动机的转矩波动直接影响其运行质量。论文主要研究了两相和三相无位置传感器永磁无刷直流电机由电流换相引起的转矩波动,推导出相应的转矩波动公式,提出一种采用定频采样和重叠换相相结合的方法对换相转矩波动进行抑制和控制。
This paper studied on the torque ripple of the position sensorless Permanent Magnet two-phase and three-phase BLDC motors, and separately got the current-commutation torque ripple formulas for two-phase and three-phase BLDCM t)y analysis. In the meantime, the paper introducted the method of fixed-frequency sampling in combination with commutation method by overlap in order to hold back the torque ripple of BLDCM.
