摘要
提出了一种新的用于太阳仿真器的照明系统,介绍了照明系统的设计原理和方法,利用光学设计软件对系统进行设计,对影响均匀性的因素进行分析,对匀光器件匀光棒的工作原理进行了探讨并对匀光性利用光学软件Lighttools进行了仿真计算,使整个系统的不均匀性≤7.1%。辐照度达到0.1个太阳常数,满足了设计指标,并提出均匀性进一步提高的方法。
A new lighting system for solar simulator was described. The design principle and design methodology of the lighting system were introduced. The illumination system was designed using optical software. And the primary factors that influence the uniformity of the lighting system were analyzed. The principle of the tunnel which is the homogenizer was discussed and the model of the lighting system was built to analyze the uniformity using optical software Lighttools. Different tunnels were compared and analyzed. Compared with the past homogenizer, the system is simple in structure and cheap in price. The result shows that the realized nonuniformity of illumination system was less than 7.1%and the illuminance was 0.1 solar constant, which satisfy the design index. The way to further improve the uniformity was proposed.
