摘要
生物反应器是生物型人工肝支持系统(BioartificialLiverSupportSystem,BALSS)的核心部件,肝细胞在反应器中存活,分泌出的活性物质对肝衰竭患者起到生物合成、代谢、解毒的作用。肝细胞的生长状态直接关系到BALSS的效果。向分体双循环生物反应器内通入氧气、氮气、二氧化碳,可以控制系统内溶解氧浓度(DO)值和酸碱度(pH)在一定范围之内,从而保证体外培养肝细胞能够最大程度发挥功能活性。本文所述内容是对该生物反应器曝气装置的改进,利用中空纤维膜式吸收器构建了适用于BALSS的新型曝气装置,采用人工神经网络(ANN)自适应算法,计算机根据传感器实时测量的pH与DO值,通过执行机构对气体进行调控,达到了安全、稳定、高效的目的。
A bioreactor is the core part of Bioartificial Liver Support System (BALSS), Liver cells are cultured in the reactor and produce active substances which play a role in composition, metabolization amd detoxification for hepatic failure patients. Effect of BALSS is determined by the state of liver cells' growth. By ventilating O2, N2, and CO2 into the bioreactor, dissolved oxygen (DO) and pH of the inside medium can be controlled within certain range, so that liver cells are able to exert a maxim function and viability. A new aeration device for BALSS is presented, which improves the old bioreactor by using hollow fiber membrane, where artificial neural network (ANN) is adopted, computer analyses real time data from DO sensor and pH sensor, and operation parts adjust gases accordingly, so that safety, stability and high efficiency can be achieved.
