高档汽油机油抗磨损性能试验方法研究

Research of Wear Resistance Test Method of High Grade Gasoline Engine Oils

为了配合高档内燃机油的研究、开发及研发中心MS程序ⅢE台架的引进,降低试验费用,缩短开发周期,提高台架试验的通过率,在四球摩擦磨损试验机上建立的试验方法能够较好地区分不同质量级别的汽油机油,在高档汽油机油研究中得到了应用。

In order to fit the research and development of high grade internal combustion engine oil and to fit the jobs of introducing Ⅲ E test bench in MS programe in R/D Institute,to save the test time and engine test cost and increase the passage rate on test bench,a bench test method on four-ball wear test machine was developed, that has a good correlation with ⅢE engine test.It can be used for discrimination of engine oils with different quality.And it has been put into application in high quality oil research work.
