摘要
评价纳络酮对健康成年男子LH脉冲分泌的影响。4例受试者纳络酮处理前去分别每10分钟采血1次,共10个时。用放射免疫法测定血清LH浓度。结果纳络酮处理后LH脉冲频率由5.50±0.50增加到8.25±1.09(P<0.01),平均LH浓度分别由3.01±2.56IU/L、2.61±0.96IU/L、3.95±1.37IU/L和4.04±1.42IU/L增加到4.97±1.34IU/L、4.56±1.72IU/L、6.76±2.75IU/L和4.49±2.25IU/L。但LH脉冲幅度无变化。提示内源性阿片肽对成年健康男子LH分泌的抑制作用是通过下丘脑促性腺素释放激素介导的。
In this study the role of acute administration of naloxone on LH pulse in normal adult men was evaluated. In 4 volunteers, blood samples were drawn at 10-min intervals for 10 hours both before and after administrating naloxone respectively for measurment of LH by RIA. The administration of naloxone resulted in an increase in LH pulse frequency from 5. 50±0. 50 to 8. 25±1. 09 (P< 0. 01), and the mean LH concentrations of 4 subjects were from 3. 01±2. 56 IU/L, 2. 61±0. 96 IU/L,3. 95±1.37 IU/L and 4. 04±1.42 IU/L to 4. 97±1.34 IU/L,4. 56±1. 72 IU/L,6. 75±2. 75 IU/L and4. 49±2. 25 IU/L respectively, but LH pulse amplitude was not influenced. These results suggest that the inhibitory effect of endogenous opioid on pituitory LH secretion is depend on hypothalamic GnRH.
