摘要
通过对沉水樟不同时间、不同生根粉(ABT1#、ABT6#)及浓度处理、不同类型插穗3种方法扦插繁殖试验。结果表明:不同方法对沉水樟插穗的生根率、生根数、根长存在显著差异,以3月份选择绿枝插穗经浓度为1 000×10-6ABT6#的生根粉处理后扦插效果最佳,生根率达到86%,平均生根数4.3条,平均根长6.77 cm。
Different time, different rooting powder (ABT1 ^# or ABT6 ^# ) and different concentration, and different scion of Cinnarnornurn rnicranthurn were tested in this study. The results showed there was significant difference between different methods in rooting ratio, root number and root length.The best disposal for cutting propagation was green scions treated with 1 000 × 10^-6 ABT6^ # in March. The rooting ratio, mean root number and mean root length reached 86 %, 4.3 and 6.77 cm, respectively.
