简述了DNA分子标记技术的种类、原理和特点,概况了竹子分类研究存在的问题与现状,并综述了分子标记技术在竹类植物的起源、遗传多样性、种间或属间遗传关系、品种鉴定、构建遗传图谱等方面的应用与前景。
The paper summarizes the species, mechanism, characteristics of DNA molecular markers, and points out the problems as well as current situation of studying bamboo toxonomy. In addition, the application and foreground were reviewed using DNA molecular markers in the fields such as the research on the origin, genetic polymorphism, genetic relationships, identification of breeds, construction of genetic map.
