Restudy on the Market System Construction of Forestry Economy

以林业经济必须主动融合到市场经济中为基本思想,以宏观林业经济运行的市场化设计为视点,对林业经济市场化建设的基本框架和实施林业经济的市场化途径做一些探索。提出市场机制在林业经济中发挥作用的基础条件、东南木材共同市场建设的基本构思、木材期货市场构思、契约关系和保障林业经济运行的法制环境问题;提出林业经济宏观管理的市场质量监测体系构建、间接调控手段、规范有序的林业行政管理措施等。

Some innovative exploration on the basic frame and the approach for constructing market-oriented forestry economy was worked out based on the basic idea that forestry economy should combine market economy initiatively and the view of market-oriented forestry macro-economy. This study describes the basic condition that market mechanism acts on forestry economy, the basic design for constructing South-eastern Timber Common Market, the design for timber futures market, contrast relationship and the problems for ensuring legal system environment in forestry economy. The market quality inspection system for managing forestry macro-economy, indirection regulation measures, and the normative and well-ordered measures for forestry administration were brought forward also.
