摘要
船载航行数据记录仪中的各模块是统一供电的,船舶在启动、停车和航行时会出现电源波动和电源故障,为使各数据采集模块、控制模块和存储模块能正常工作,需由电源监控模块对主电源、备用电源和应急电源进行检测并根据流程进行切换。本文阐述了电源监控模块的硬件结构和软件设计流程,采用AT89C52作为控制CPU,使用TLC0832采集电源的电压幅度,通过继电器进行电源切换控制,并通过485总线和其它模块进行通信。
All modules in voyage data recorder are supplied power uniformly. Power waving or power failure will be occurred when vessel starting, stopping, or navigating. For all data sampling modules, control modules and storage modules working properly, power supervision and control module must monitor major power, standby power and emergency power and switch power according to switch flow. The paper presents hardware architecture and software design of power supervision and control module. It takes AT89C52 chip as CPU, uses TLC0832 chip to sample voltage of power, adopts relay to switch power, and applies 485 bus to communicate with other modules.
