摘要 针对时间频率实验室将逐步实现自动化测试的目标,应用了虚拟仪器的相关概念和技术。本文基于PCI-6013数据采集卡和LabVIEW软件平台,利用实验室现有测试仪器和办公设备,设计了一个简单的虚拟仪器系统——相位记录仪自动化测试系统,并阐述了该系统的硬件结构和软件实现方法。重点介绍软件实现过程中的测试原理、计算方法和误差分析。经实验证明,该测试系统能够满足时间频率测试长期性和不间断的需要,可应用于多项时间频率实验研究中,例如标准频率和标准时间测量方法的研究等。 Because the time frequency laboratory will be gradually improved by auto-measurement, we give the related concept and technology of virtual instrumentation . The paper designs a simple system of virtual instrument—— system of auto-measurement of phase based on the PCI-6013 data acquisition card and the software platform of LabVIEW and then gives the hardware structure of the system and the implemented method of software. The paper emphasizes on the test principle, the calculation method and the error analysis in the test process. Proved by experiments, the measurement system not only can be satisfied to the long-term demand without a break in time frequency observation test work,but also can be used in the many researches of time frequency, such as the measurement method of standards frequency and standards time.
