国外关系营销的新领域:B2B商业关系结束研究

摘要 20世纪90年代中后期“商业关系结束(BusinessRelationshipEnding)”作为新的研究领域兴起,本文在整理中西方相关文献的基础上,介绍了商业关系结束的主要研究对象和研究发现。在分析主要研究发现和研究方法基础上,提出了后续的研究方向。
