摘要
对钛合金惯性摩擦焊接头的断裂韧性(CTOD)进行了研究,并用光学显微镜和电子显微镜对裂纹尖端显微组织进行了分析。结果表明,焊态接头的断裂韧性较低,这主要与其显微组织细小有关,而焊后普通退火可以明显提高焊接接头的断裂韧性。
In this paper, .the fracture toughness of joint of titanium alloys by inertia frication welding has beenstudied and the microstructure of crack tip has been analysed. The results show that the fracture toughness of as-welded joint is lower. This is primcipally connected with its fine microstructure and the fracturetoughness of welded joint can be significantly improved by means of commercial annealing after welding.
