摘要
从企业营销实际需要出发,在网络环境下,探讨了基于Web的企业营销智能决策支持系统的体系结构,结合数据仓库、数据挖掘、数据转换及联机分析等技术方法,达到产品市场调研、营销情报和营销风险评价等营销管理与决策支持服务等目的。
Based on the practical needs of enterprise marketing, this paper discusses about the construction of an Enterprise Marketing Intelligence Decision Support System based on the Web in Intranet, combined with Data Warehouse, Data Mining, Data Transform and On Line Analytical Processing, in order to achieve the service aims of marketing management and decision support such as research into product marketing, marketing intelligence, and marketing risk evaluation.
